The Holy Rosary: God’s Gift for the Life of the Family.
Pope John Paul II once said that “the revival of the Rosary in Christian families … will be
an effective aid to countering the devastating effects of this age.” Catholic evangelist
Deacon Harold Burke-Sivers will give a personal testimony of his devotion to the
Blessed Virgin Mary and the value of family prayer, especially the recitation of the
Rosary. Within this context, he will discuss how praying the Rosary can: (1) transform
the Christian family into a sacred sign and living sacrament of Christ's love for His
Church, (2) strengthen the marriage covenant between spouses and, (3) help children
fall in love with Jesus.
